GUARDS TRAINING PROGRAM
As we await for the new private security regulations which demands that training of guards will be centralized to accredited training school, we current train our guards on the following models.
SUPERVISION
Training , survey and deployment of a guard is not enough in itself, the the changes in security industry
are so dynamic that they dedicate guards to be refreshed on the same as and when they occur. In contract
with less than two guards we have aa dedicated supervisor going round to check the guards. Any with
more than three guards and less than ten we appoint one as a senior guard and to be charge of the rest,
act as link between the client and ATSSL.
For ten guards and above, we fully freighted site in charge. The overall supervisor in charge of less than
two guards contract who is motorized is still tasked to coordinate operations of his designated region
AFTER SALE SERVICE
A contract is signed on the basis of initial customer requirement which is the vulnerability which forces the
client to see security, for instance the number of guards in a given shift, the number of alarm services in a
premise, number of CCTV e.t.c
Our after-sale services ventures into resurveying the property to access the suitability if contracted
security service. This may increase or reduce number of guards, electronic gadgets requirement and
provide recommendation on deterrent measures in due course of the contract. The same is done by a
team of senior management.
